CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?Since sustainability is so important for us at Sunner, we do not offer free returns at the moment. We hope you love your new garment as much as we do but we totally understand it didn't fit your style but please think carefully when making your purchase and follow our size guides for every item. You have 30 days to return your order from the day of your order. The item(s) should be clean and of coarse not been used, the hygiene sticker and all labels should be intact and no stains from makeup or anything similar should be found. If you want to make a return, please contact us at contact@sunnersurf.com and we will help you from there. The cost of return is 49 SEK and will be debited to your original payment method. When we have received your returned items you will get an e-mail confirmation and we might need up to 14 days to process your return. We do not refund the original delivery fee if you make a return. If your package is not collected from the chosen pickup place we debate 49 SEK for return fee. If you instead wish to make a change of color och size we are more than happy to help you with this without any further fees. Please contact us at contact@sunnersurf.com.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING INFORMATION?Please contact us at contact@sunnersurf.com as soon as possible after discovering a misspelling or anything you could like to change. However, once the shipment has been sent we cannot change anything unfortunately o always make sure you have the right infomartion when placing you order.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?We offer free shipping for orders within Sweden. Orders made from another country will have their shipping cost calculated at the checkout and this fee depends on your chosen shipping provider and the delivery method. The delivery time varies between 1 to 7 working days, depending on your country, delivery method and preferred shipping provider. The estimated time of delivery will be provided to you at checkout and as soon as your order has left the warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information.

WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE ORDERS IN?Prices are shown and charged in either SEK, USD, GBP, AUD, EUR or NOK. The currency is determined by your shipping region and the site you are on. Therefore, please make sure you are on the right site by checking the shipping region selector that is in the menu to the right. If you can't find your local currency, country or shipping region, then please choose the Worldwide option and the orders will be charged in USD.
